What is the Healthy Habits Journal?

Have you ever opened a guided journal or tracker and felt completely overwhelmed?! Working on yourself should be a top priority, but it shouldn't be difficult. The Healthy Habits Journal gradually introduces new habits, making it more likely for you to continue your new habits!


Other journals "jump right in" and expect you to work on multiple goals simultaneously without building a foundation. As a Registered Nurse and Certified Holistic Health Coach, I appreciate science - so I researched far and wide to develop a five-pillar foundation to healthy habits. In this journal, you will work to master manifestation & gratitude, dopamine detox, movement, decluttering, and mindful eating. Studies have shown that mastering these habits improves your mental health! 


After each week, you will "check in" on your progress. You are more likely to continue your progress when your brain actually SEES the progress you are making. Each activity is awarded "habit points" that you will graph to help visualize your progress. You can award yourself habit points for each action or for grouping of activities.
